On the bottom floor of the hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico is our lounge bar and wine cellar located in the space of an old water cistern. There is also an inside garden with a typical old water well from the last century. On cold fall days you can warm up by the old istrian open fire place. In the afternoon and evening hours we offer a variety of carefully chosen Croatian and Slovenian wines, excellent choice of strong alcoholic drinks. Also, we invite you to taste the delicacies from our local Istrian cuisine. All dishes are freshly prepared from superb local ingredients the same way your grandmother would prepare them…

There is a lounge bar in the lobby of the Hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico. The unique, hand-made furniture chosen by our architects contributes to a pleasant and sophisticated ambience. On cold autumn and winter evenings, you can warm yourself by the fire of the Istrian fireplace. In the afternoon and evening hours, we offer a range of carefully selected Croatian and Slovenian wines and an excellent selection of spirits. This rich offer is accompanied by a superb range of cocktails.

For lovers of good taste, we also have a variety of premium cigars in our offer. Consuming cigars with a glass of excellent cognac or some other strong drink is ideal on the terrace of Palazzo Storico, with a peaceful surrounding and a pleasant atmosphere.

Located within the Hotel Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico, the wine cellar can be found on the ground floor, nestled inside an ancient well. This exquisite space houses a collection of approximately two hundred carefully selected wine labels, creating an inviting atmosphere that beckons connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts alike to indulge in a tasting experience. Our extensive wine list showcases a diverse range of offerings, featuring wines from various regions of Croatia, as well as selections from Slovenia. Among the esteemed names adorning our list are Coronica (Istria), Meneghetti (Istria), Clai (Istria), Tomic (Dalmatia), Grabovac (Dalmatia), Santomas (Slovenian Istria), Atimo, and Fornazaric (Slovenia).
